This mantra has been the north star of my personal and professional endeavors.

A few quick facts:

• Recipient of one of the first annual Women’s Trail Running Fund storytelling grants in 2025, aimed at supporting women telling inspiring stories about women in trail running.

• Local to global NGO’s have been the vehicle of much of my professional work. Communicating how we can help each other in times of need is one of my passions.

• I have a special interest in trail running, nature, and the impact of faith on individuals and communities.

• BA in Recreation Management from Brigham Young University

• MS in Strategic Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
