I integrate stories, visual content, and digital design to educate and inspire action.

I have worked in the non-profit sector in the Phoenix area to boost volunteer participation, increase donations, and inform the community.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from Brigham Young University and a Master’s in Strategic Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.

I was a recipient of one of the first annual Women’s Trail Running Fund storytelling grants in 2025, aimed at supporting women telling inspiring stories about women in trail running.

I value work that combines my interests and the ability to impact society for the better. I have a special interest in human development, nature, and the impact of faith on individuals and communities.

A natural morning person, I love the advice given by the wise Rumi, “The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you. Don’t go back to sleep.”.
